Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries who require printing services. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand their printing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Educate clients about our printing capabilities, including offset printing, digital printing, large format printing, and specialty printing services. Showcase the quality, versatility, and cost-effectiveness of our printing solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, address client concerns, and close deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific printing requirements and provide expert consultation on design, materials, finishes, and printing techniques. Offer personalized solutions that align with their branding objectives and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our printing services. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, design, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders. Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the printing process.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the printing or graphic arts industry.
  • Strong understanding of printing technologies, processes, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type:

Pay:

$50,000 base salary with commission. Total compensation will vary based on individual performance.
